Julian Draxler Who currently plays For Paris Saint Germain has been told by the club that he is free to leave as German international after falling further down the pecking order.
He has been pushed more down in order after the signing of Neymar and this has alarmed Premier League Clubs in which Arsenal is a top contender.

According to reports, Arsenal is preparing £32m bid to bring Julian Draxler to Emirates Stadium.
Liverpool is also in race for Draxler for now but right now Arsenal seems to be ahead in race to PSG’s Winger.
