Drogba On Morata:
Didier Drogba says he is delighted by Alvaro Morata’s bright start to life at Chelsea this season.
Morata joined Chelsea this summer from Real Madrid and has already scored three goals for blues.He scored in a recent meeting with Leicester with 2 goals before that against Everton an Burnley.
‘He’s scoring goals – even in his first game when he came off the bench,’ Drogba told Sky Sports when asked about Morata.
‘Now he’s scoring goals that are winning games so I’m really happy for him and the club as well.
‘It’s very important to score, for a striker you start with a new team and people have high expectations.
‘If you manage these expectations you’re happy and the goals continue to come. I hope he will have a great, great season because we need that.’
Chelsea after losing 1st game of the campaign has come back stronger and now stand 3rd on the league table.
