According To Don Balon, Perez was interested in Dortmund’s striker and wanted him to join Zidane and co but head Coach blocked the move.

As Barcelona was looking to fill the hole after Neymar unexpectedly left Barcelona to Join PSG, Spanish Giants signed Dembele as Neymar’s replacement.
Dembele made his debut for Barcelona as he came on as a substitute on 63rd minute and provided an assist to Luis Suarez.
