The Premier League this season has shown some youngsters that are pipped for greatness. These players also possess massive potentials that excite the fans and can’t wait to see them play next season. Below are some of the players that have singled themselves out as the exciting youngsters

Mason Greenwood

The 18-year-old has to be mentioned on this list as he has been a revelation to Manchester United’s squad. Mason Greenwood has scored an impressive 17 goals for the Reds and 10 coming in the Premier League. He is occasionally being compared to Van Persie due to his hunger for goals. The youngster is being joked to not have a weaker foot, having scored bangers with both feet. His game time has been increased massively under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with the forward having 1773 minutes under his belt. Averaging 1.5 shots per game, the English man is expected to take the league by storm next season

Bukayo Saka

The versatile 18-year-old has also been a standout player for Arsenal this season. He is been known for the numerous assists he has provided this season, having 10 assists to his name. Saka has also played in numerous positions for Arsenal and has performed impressively well in all. The number 7 for the Gunners will surely get us excited with his silky play next season

Phil Foden

Dubbed as David Silva’s “successor”, the 20-year-old has shown people the reason why. Highly praised by Pep Guardiola, the youngster has impressed while playing for the Citizens, with him scoring 8 goals and providing 4 assists this season. With his young age, Foden has shown the quality of being able to control the midfield. He is also blessed with passing quality having made over 80% pass success this season. Another young talent to be excited about next season

Christian Pulisic

The 21-year-old has massively improved under Frank Lampard this season. Although he had an unconvincing start, the American has grown immensely per game, scoring 10 goals and 5 assists. Pulisic was one of the best players in the Premier League after the restart, and with more Premier League experience, Chelsea has gotten a beast in him. His hunger for goals cannot also be overemphasized, averaging 2.4 shots per game in all competitions

Gabriel Martinelli

The young Brazilian was on fire for Arsenal when called upon until the dreaded injury he experienced. The 19-year-old has impressed this season scoring 10 goals and 4 assists this season in all competitions. Martinelli has already shown some flashes of brilliance that have already made fans drooling. His hunger to be involved in his team’s attack is very impressive. And fans can expect him to perform wonders if given more chances next season
