The midfield department was going to be rather self-explanatory, with Urban opting for players that he has chosen in the past. Finally, Slavia Prague’s Wiktor Nowak has been called upon after a stunning start to the season. Five goals and an assist from 10 games in the league warrant a call-up, and the 22-year-old will hope that he can showcase his talents.

After losing Adrian Benedyczak due to injury, the Poland UEFA Nations League squad is down to three players in the strike force: Karol Swiderski, Mateusz Zukowski, and captain Robert Lewandowski.
